With the release date for the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 drawing close, the rumors on the specs and price are only getting more louder.
According to IB Times, the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 specs are expected to get over the iPhone 7.
“The Note 6 will be launched in two CPU editions, one featuring a Exynos 8890 SOC and the other one driven by Snapdragon 820 chip,” it said.
As to the display specs, the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 will come with a slim RGB matrix AMOLED screen, which consumers of Galaxy S II are familiar with. The display also boasts about 2560×1440 pixel Quad HD resolution.
Mobi Picker, at the same time, shared rumors about the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 boasting 6 GB of RAM. Nonetheless, it mentioned that the original reports came from China so the credibility might seem suspicious.
GalaxyNote website as well reported original reports of the camera specs for the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 which will purportedly feature 32 megapixels and 9-MP front snapper. The company also didn’t scrip on the battery this time as the device will feature a 4200 mAh of power.
When it comes to the price, the report claimed that it will cost somewhere within $750 to $850 US dollars, which would be quite expensive although below the basic iPhone 7 which is expected to cost about $875 for the 16GB version and more than $1,100 for the 128GB version.
Initial rumors mentioned that the release date for the Samsung Galaxy Note 6 will be in August prior to the IFA 2016 in Berlin, which makes it possible for the company to jump the gun on the launch of iPhone 7 in Sept. 2016.
