They just announced this one here a couple of days ago. Cool to see it in person but the people working the exhibit have zero info on it to share.

Pro Tip to anyone inexperienced with 360 degree video: You can either use your mouse, your finger or just move your phone around so you can see all around the room. YOU decide what you want to look at. Google Cardboard is an awesome way to view these videos but not required.


Nikon Keymission 360 review

Nikon’s entering into the action camera competition with a 360° camera called the Keymission 360. An action camera? A 360° camera? Nikon does not do these things. What!

What we’ve got here looks much like the products riding the 360° wave, in the hopes of getting ahead of the looming VR trend. So it’s no real surprise that Nikon’s presentation at CES was heavy on VR talk.

On shooting specs, everything we know during publication is that the camera shoots 4k footage. That’s literally everything we are aware of.

Keymission 360 Is Nikon’s First Action Camera

The camera is likewise rugged in the tradition of the GoPro: It’s waterproof as many as 100 feet underwater, and takes advantage of Nikon’s Vibration Reduction technology to keep photos steady. Once again, hardly full specs….
